摘要: This paper provides a quantitative investigation of the strength potential relationship between entrepreneurial activity and religious affiliation. The religion economic development has attracted recent attention. A positive association may indicate that raises social acceptability activity, by inculcating incentives to accumulate wealth acquire personal responsibility, as well providing capital be particularly effective where state governance systems are weak. Institutionalist perspectives suggest institutions support definition property rights. Economic benefits flow through reduced transactions costs.This engages these discussions in order present preliminary empirical relationships which exist across national boundaries entrepreneurship. Definitions entrepreneurship taken from Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) studies for 2011 2012, focusing on individual rather than business venture.
