摘要: Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) enables continuous, real-time performance measurement of business processes based on key indicators (KPI). The information is employed by users but prior support from IT engineers required for setting up the BAM solution. Semantic Process Management (SBPM) tries to minimize needed staff throughout process lifecycle. In this paper we introduce a framework as part SBPM. We show how related activities can be integrated into semantic KPIs are modeled analysts exploiting annotations processes. KPI models automatically transformed IT-level event-based and used monitoring using reasoning technology.
