摘要: Changes in substance P the cat spinal cord after deafferentation of hindlimb were investigated using peroxidase-antiperoxidase technique. Unilateral lumbosacral dorsal root section (L1-S3) is followed by a decrease horn (laminae I, II and V) reaction product which most marked at 10-11 days. There no observable change ventral horn. The 13 or 15 day survivors demonstrate an increase over that seen days, still greater amounts appear 1 month survivors. After there little further increase. location returned resembles normals, but differs its staining characteristics.
