摘要: A communications cable having a plurality of twisted pairs conductors and various embodiments metal foil tape between the jacket is disclosed. In some embodiments, tapes include cut that creates discontinuous regions in layer tapes. When are wrapped around core, overlap to form at least one overlapping region. The cuts formed such region small limits current flow through tapes, thereby minimizing alien crosstalk cable.
