摘要: Abstract Previous studies have shown that chemokines might play a role in the pathology of chronic pain. The purpose this study was to provide an immunohistochemical description distribution CX3CL1 (fractalkine) and its receptor CX3CR1 rat spinal cord model inflammatory pain induced by unilateral intraplantar complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) neuropathic L5 nerve ligation (modified Chung or mSNL). In naive rats, is found cytoplasm neurons as colocalization CX3XL1 NeuN. Similar observed after CFA, whereas mSNL, not only but also astrocytes, GFAP. Weak immunoreactivity for receptor, CX3CR1, microglia either rats with inflammation. However, injury, CX3CR1-LI upregulated throughout dorsal horn. Perspective This shows peripheral inflammation, induces expression chemokine, (fractalkine), astrocytes upregulates cord. selective regulation suggests these may represent new targets treatment
