摘要: Abstract In the anodic finishing of metal surfaces two main procedures are: (1) electropolishing and (2) formation a protective semiconducting layer. both these processes, solid films corrosion reaction products covering electrode play pivotal role, not only during process itself, but also subsequent industrial use finished surface. present article, some salient properties electrodic such as heats per equivalent thence band gaps ( i.e. semiconductivity), covalent bond energies lattice energy values diagnostic electrostatic cohesion between ionic species constituting film are briefly reviewed their role in dissolution delineated.
