摘要: We investigated how maternal melatonin is regulated in pregnant rats. To examine the involvement of conceptus (fetus and placenta) serum concentrations, number conceptuses was experimentally reduced to one on day 7 pregnancy (1-conceptus group). Maternal circulating nighttime levels increased toward 21 rapidly decreased non-pregnancy after parturition, whereas 1-conceptus group were significantly lower than normal bearing dams more 10 conceptuses.
