摘要: Abstract The contribution of the neurological case study approach for establishing functional organisation cognitive subsystems is assessed. A number potential problems are considered, including “resource artefacts”, nature lengthy clinical/experimental procedure used, statistical selection artefacts, reorganisation function, atypical lateralisation, and existence associated deficits. It argued that, despite these problems, most promising neuropsychological technique providing information on subsystems.
