摘要: Consumption of high amounts saturated fatty acids in meat has been implicated the onset cardiovascular disease. Chevon (goat meat) is higher mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated than beef lamb. Limited data available on expression fat cholesterol biomarkers goats. The objective this experiment was to determine Acetyl-CoA Carboxylase (ACC1), Apoplipoproteins, A (ApoA1), B (ApoB) different breeds Protein sequence alignments were generated conservation for antibody selection. motif (SMS79 p GL) conserved goat, human, mouse, rat bovine ACC1 proteins. ApoA1 ApoB protein (human, rabbit) revealed homology. Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) used serum ACC1, Spanish Myotonic goats had (P<0.05) There a gender effect where females expressed more males. Breed differences detected goats, with showing 37% blood female 47% Inversely, 35% levels males 46% ApoBexpression females. These demonstrate that inherent exist lipid metabolism can lead biomarker assisted breeding programs produce heart, healthy red human consumption.
