摘要: A novel monolithic digitalized random carrier frequency modulation spread-spectrum clock generator (RCF-SSCG) is proposed. In this design, the output of proposed RCF-SSCG changes with intensity capacitive charge and discharge current. Its analytical model induced effect parameters on spread spectrum numerically simulated discussed. Compared other works, design has advantages small size, low power consumption good robustness. The circuit been fabricated in a 0.5 μm CMOS process applied to class D amplifier which occupies an area 0.112 mm2 consumes 9 mW. experimental results confirm theoretical analyses.
