摘要: The present international scenario recognizes organic agriculture as an innovative solution to reduce agrochemicals and practices that degrade the agroecosystem. Yet, shift from already well-established agricultural model a relatively new one is challenging task requires further scientific support. This work investigated influence of transitional management – TM (from conventional agriculture) on soil fungal community under citrus, in dry rainy periods. From 2012 2015 on, area Mogi Guacu, SP, Brazil was selected, two treatments were installed: (CM) system based farming with fertilizers use, another, transition (TM) 25% reduction per year chemical substances used CM, conditioner bokashi introduced. performance evaluated context fertility diversity index taxa, by plate culture isolation, through richness Margalef (Dmg), Shannon (H′) reverse Simpson (D). Differences occurrence frequency Paecilomyces, greater CM Penicillium, TM, highlighted employed. Richness indices higher TM. Principal component analysis revealed 49.9% differences due system. Only 16.5% result season sampling. Four years reduction/replacement sufficient modify favor some taxa consequently their activity. research brings promising results initiatives relevant for tropical climate area.
