摘要: Ozone treatment is a cost-effective and eco-friendly food-processing technology. It has successfully been used for the removal of milk residues biofilm-forming bacteria from stainless steel surfaces in processing, including fluid milk, powdered products cheese. Ozonation shown to prevent mould growth on cheese inactivate airborne moulds ripening storage facilities. also found be promising method reducing concentrations pollutants dairy wastewaters.
