摘要: This paper presents an experience of thirty consecutive patients with hepatic colorectal metastases who were treated cryotherapy and subsequent arterial infusion (HAI) chemotherapy using 5 FU. Patients confined to the liver but not suitable for resection, involvement less than 50% offered treatment. Prospective documentation all was undertaken data being recorded on a computerised database. had median 6 (2-15) lesions sizes ranging from 1-12 cm. There no 30 day mortality. Postoperative complications developed in 8 followed by full recovery instances. Side effects occurred 23% cycles. Twenty seven have died. Median survival time 18.2 months (7-34), or 23 (9-44) diagnosis lesions. Hepatic is safe well tolerated. The results suggest can be improved use this modality
