摘要: In this paper, we have reported on novel phosphatidylserine-functionalized AuNPs (gold nanoparticles) for the visual detection of Cu2+ by employing phosphatidylserine recognition and signal generation. The (1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-L-serine, DOPS) was covalently assembled AuNP surface to obtain DOPS-functionalized AuNPs. It demonstrated that could specifically bind lead aggregation AuNPs, which gave rise a colour change from wine-red blue new absorption band around 650 nm. This provides sensing platform simple, rapid field portable colorimetric Cu2+. By using platform, selective sensitive biosensor developed. proposed has outstanding analytical advantages such as good stability, relatively high sensitivity, low cost short analysis time. can be used detect concentrations 30 μM in river water observation with naked eye 1.55 UV-visible spectrophotometry, within 10 min recovery 98–103% relative standard deviation (RSD) < 4% (n = 6). is promising on-site trace clinical diagnosis or environmental monitoring.
