摘要: SnO2 nanowires were synthesized using a direct gas reaction route and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), selected-area (SAED), high-resolution transmission (HRTEM) Raman-scattering spectroscopy. XRD, SEM, SAED HRTEM indicated that the products tetragonal with diameters of 10–50 nm. The single crystal solid inside. Dendritic observed for first time.
