摘要: Abstract High-quality CuInS 2 /ZnS (core–shell) nanocrystals (NCs) were synthesized via a colloidal solvent process and characterized for their optical properties by UV–vis, room temperature solution photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, further obtained powders X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), dynamic light scattering (DLS). The CIS CIS/ZnS core/shell NCs are quasimonodisperse with an average particle size of 2.4 4.6 nm, respectively. All the as-synthesized can be well dispersed in toluene or hexane to form stable clear solutions, which show strong visible emission (blue NCs) under UV excitation. growth ZnS shell on NCs, that is, formation resulted impact enhancement PL intensity compared bare due eliminated surface defects reduced lattice mismatch between core materials.
