摘要: The SGI Origin 2000 is a cache-coherent non-uniform memory access (ccNUMA) multiprocessor designed and manufactured by Silicon Graphics, Inc. system was from the ground up as capable of scaling to both small large processor counts without any bandwidth, latency, or cost cliffs. consists 512 nodes interconnected scalable Craylink network. Each node one two R10000 processors, 4 GB coherent memory, connection portion XIO IO subsystem. This paper discusses motivation for building then describes its architecture implementation. In addition, performance results are presented NAS Parallel Benchmarks V2.2 SPLASH2 applications. Finally, compared other contemporary commercial ccNUMA systems.
