摘要: ABSTRACT A two-loop circulating fluidized bed reaction system is described in this paper. In besides the reactor and downcomer system, a second system-fluidized regenerator installed. Some internals (used as heat exchanger simultaneously) are inserted into to improve fluidization quality, some aeration taps set on controll flow of particles. Such especially suitable for chemical processes which strongly exothermic long contact time moreover catalyst needs be regenerated periodically. cold model with 62 mm ID 5100 height was up. Three kinds particle were used investigation correlations involving behavior obtained. The relationships between rate solids operating parameters such velocity, pressure at bottom reactor, valve opening, gas rate, location number studied. Taking FCC materials solids, it runs smoothly 275 h static Ho : 1.7 m, velocity = 0.28 −2.5 m/s, total amount Σ q 0.016 − 0.23m3/h. carry out particles g/h.
