摘要: This paper describes the role of vein structures to better understand and interpret origin mineral liberation based on random masking simulation. An HQ half core from a copper porphyry deposit was selected cut into semicircular slabs 1 cm thickness. Selected were polished for MLA analysis. Classified images then subjected image processing identify separate veins disseminated grains. Random applied simulate breakage generate progeny particles which sulphides determined. Results simulation provided an indication contribution in minerals at coarser size increased degree liberation. The work this also suggests cutting drill cores using texture analysis provides more intact textural features ore both micro mesoscale. Particularly, if occur some extent, is suitable preserve structure providing understanding
