摘要: Abstract 1. The effects of intravenous captopril and enalaprilic acid on the increase in pulmonary inflation pressure induced by different bronchoconstrictor agents were evaluated anaesthetized guinea-pig. 2. Captopril (1.6-200 micrograms kg-1) enhanced dose-dependently bronchoconstriction (BC) substance P. threshold effective dose was 1.6 kg-1 maximal potentiation over control response more than 400% for both agents. Enalaprilic also assayed serum lung angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibition guinea-pigs. This drug produced a dose-dependent ACE tissues, with ED50 s 7.6 9.4 kg-1, respectively: this inhibitory activity positively correlated to P potentiation. 3. (8-1000 BC capsaicin. 40 about 90%. 4. (200-1000 did not affect bradykinin. However, markedly (about 200%) 200 propranolol-pretreated animals. 5. slightly (20-40%) but significantly 5-hydroxytryptamine. potentiated same extent prazosin, which degree hypotension similar that observed after administration inhibitors. 6. In conclusion, inhibitors potentiate and, minor extent, capsaicin guinea-pig.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
