摘要: Herein we report the modulation of properties mesoporous silica nanoparticles (NPs) via various synthetic approaches. Three types elaborations were compared, one in aqueous media at 25 °C, and other two 80 °C water or a water–ethanol mixture. For all these methods, an alkoxysilylated two-photon photosensitizer (2PS) was co-condensed with tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) presence cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), leading to five two-photon-sensitive (M2PS) NPs. The M2PS NP porous structure could be tuned from radial worm-like MCM-41 organization. Besides, 2PS precursor spatial dispersion found highly dependent on both initial concentration elaboration process. As result, modulated by choice synthesis, best results being °C. Finally, NPs used for vitro imaging cancer cells.
