Effect of 3,4-dichloroaniline on the early life stages of the zebrafish (Brachydanio retio): Results of a comparative laboratory study

摘要: Abstract An early life-stage (ELS) test was conducted with the zebrafish and 3,4-dichloroaniline (3,4-DCA) in eight laboratories. Based on results from all laboratories, an LOEC of 200 μg 3,4-dichloroaniline/liter applies for life stages zebrafish. Effects observed were reduction survival rate malformations. If 100 μg/liter concentration additionally tested by one laboratory is included assessment, 3,4-DCA/liter obtained increase length. The NOEC 20 μg/liter. present a comparative study show that 42-day ELS can be this species fish, affords meaningful results.
