摘要: Dogs' teeth with induced chronic periapical periodontitis were treated endodontically by two different methods, and the results compared. A total of 40 root canals from upper lower premolars dogs prepared chemomechanically. In method 1, a high-concentration (5.25%) hypochlorite solution was used during instrumentation canal, an antibacterial dressing applied between sessions, followed filling canal. 2, low-concentration (0.5%) sodium as adjunct to mechanical debridement, canal filled same session. The histopathological showed that 1 led better repair than 2.
