摘要: Cerebral ischemia, most notably in the form of stroke, is leading cause morbidity and mortality resulting long-term disability USA. Approximately 800,000 strokes occur each year USA, 87 % all world are caused by embolism, thrombosis, or systemic hemorrhage/hypoperfusion, which a cerebral ischemia (Roger et al. 2011). The medical cost for treatment stroke USA was estimated to be $25 billion 2007 Due this great burden, fundamental understanding inciting cellular dysfunction imperative development new therapies combat growing epidemic.
