摘要: Both presynaptic and postsynaptic blockade of ganglionic transmission during the period naturally occurring ganglion cell death reduced number surviving neurons in sympathetic ganglia (SG) ciliary (CG). The CG was chosen for analysis because there a temporal separation between proliferation but not SG. Ganglion migration were unaffected by blockade. increased loss that followed accompanied an degenerating cells. These results indicate decreased healthy cells result enhanced death.
