摘要: Abstract Four techniques for the preparation of catalyst samples have been used determination particle sizes in transmission electron microscope: microtomy, grinding by use a biological tissue grinder, dry crushing and extraction replication. Two unused catalysts were examined using these results are discussed. The microtomy technique allows geometry-morphology relationship to be studied more realistically but cost non-routine nature sample generally prohibit its widespread use. Extraction replication, which has ability remove active element particles from surface catalytic converter, indicated much larger range than that encountered when other techniques. Active whose 10 A several microns observed on two studied.
