摘要: A systematic study of the structural and superconducting properties high Tc compound YBa2Cu3(1−x)M3xO7−δ has been performed where M = Ag, Li, Pt, Zn, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni x 5 or 10 %. X-ray powder diffraction, a.c. susceptibity resistivity measurements have made. Most substitutions do not significantly modify YBa2Cu3O7 cell parameters, with exception Fe which stabilize a tetragonal similar to that YBa2Cu3O<6.6 (but smaller c-parameter), even for oxygen contents (δ ≈ 0). The magnetic character impurity appears strongly decrease in case Co. However some non-magnetic impurities like Li Zn also strong effect on properties. This indicates disorder plays an important role superconductivity. Superconducting phases (onset) 70 K 50 are often detected, might correspondsto preferential substitution particular sites. Moreover, content samples (annealed oxygen) seems vary M, is another explanation observed effects.
