摘要: A multidisciplinary approach is necessary for evaluation and treatment of patients with mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT)-type lymphoma associated Sjogren’s syndrome (MALT–SS). If asymptomatic MALT detected in a parotid biopsy by chance during routine diagnostic procedure SS, there are no severe extraglandular manifestations SS present, staging may probably be deferred. In other MALT–SS both activity symptoms (e.g., large swelling, pain) should taken into account to guide treatment. Future clinical studies determine the significance clonal B-cell infiltrate place maintenance monoclonal antibodies long-term disease control.
