摘要: The development of microstructure and compressive strength three blended cement pastes hydrated at temperatures ranging from 10°C to 60°C is described. replacement materials were pulverised fuel ash (PFA), volcanic (VA), ground, granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS), the cements had same compositions as those reported in previous studies. cured under water tested for various time intervals over a period 1 year. only paste that substantially improved compared with neat was containing slag, especially 60°C. Selected samples examined by backscattered electrons scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Generally, microstructures showed greater apparent porosity than 10°C. mechanism hydration discussed.
