摘要: Objective The superior hemodynamics and excellent long-term clinical performance of stentless xenografts are well described. However, the early midterm outcomes valves in patients with acute type A dissection widely unknown. current study evaluated bioprosthesis for repair aortic dissection. Methods Between May 2005 December 2009, 24 80 underwent root replacement using Medtronic Freestyle xenograft (Medtronic Inc, Minneapolis, Minn) at Meijer Heart Center. Prospective data collection was used retrospective review. Univariate comparisons preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative variables were performed between who correction (n = 24). Results mean age 57 years, 15 aged less than 65 years. Axillary femoral artery cannulation 16 (67%) 7 (29%), respectively. Median crossclamp cardiopulmonary bypass times 198 minutes (92-480 minutes) 288 (109-588 minutes), circulatory arrest time 28 (24-50 minutes). Operative mortality rate 25%. Actuarial 5-year survival 62.5%. No required redo replacement. Conclusions Stentless valve implantation can be accomplished satisfactory clinical outcomes is a valuable option require
