摘要: One of the greatest challenges in exercise physiology is to develop a valid, reliable, non-invasive and affordable measurement cardiac output (CO). The purpose this study was evaluate reproducibility accuracy new impedance cardiograph device, Physio Flow, during 1-min step incremental test from rest maximal peak effort. A group 12 subjects evaluated determine method as follows: (1) each subject performed two comparable tests while their CO measured by cardiography using device (COImp1, COImp2), (2) subgroup 7 also determined direct Fick (COFick) second test. mean difference between values obtained (i.e. COImp1-COImp2) -0.009 l.min-1 (95% confidence interval: -4.2 l.min-1, 4.2 l.min-1), ranged 3.55 26.75 (n = 146). When expressed percentage, (COImp1-COImp2) did not vary with increasing CO. correlation coefficient COImp COFick r 0.94 (P < 0.01, n 50). percentage -2.78% -27.44%, 21.78%). We conclude that provides clinically acceptable evaluation healthy an exercise.
