摘要: The many ecological impacts of our consumption patterns have led to an increasingly evident need for Higher Education Sustainable Consumption (HESC). HESC focuses on several complementary aspects society in order demonstrate the importance as a source environmental and social promote sense individual collective responsibility. Teaching aims include training students be capable proposing implementing solutions problems associated with changing modes consumption. To achieve effective HESC, five pedagogical principles seem essential deal real-life complex develop them: basing approach human ecology training, considering production - system whole; dealing uncertainty, encouraging collaborative learning from diversity students; addressing issue complexity by interdisciplinary approach. This should contribute developing student's key competencies sustainability such systemic critical thinking, handling uncertainty via different settings. Master's course entitled 'Human Ecology: challenges related activities' is proposed case report (University Bordeaux, France). translation theoretical requirements, limitations assessment HESC's are discussed.
