摘要: SUMMARY The inheritance of resistance in red raspberry (Rubus idaeus) to yellow rust (Phragmidium rubi-idaei) was studied a diallel cross among the cultivars Boyne, Meeker, Mailing Jewel, Glen Prosen and Clova. The progenies clonally propagated parents were exposed initially rust-infected plantation where incidence severity infection assessed at telial stage. following spring leaves on new canes same plants inoculated with urediniospores glasshouse 18 ± 2 °C. latent period number uredinia per cm2 abaxial leaf surface determined 13 days after inoculation. Diallel analyses field data from segregates indicated degree present predominantly additive action, though small but significant non-additive effects occurred: cv. Meeker most resistant parent contributed progenies. The segregated for H, determines cane hairiness known be associated diseases. Segregants without hairs (genotypes hh) found more rust.
