摘要: Abstract The specific good properties of cellular materials and composite materials, such as low density high permeability, make the optimal design necessary attractive. However, given for structures may not be or suitable since boundary condition applied loads vary in practical applications; hence macro-structure its material micro-structure should considered simultaneously. Although abundant studies have been reported on structural optimization at each level, very few them mutual coordination both scales. In this paper, two FE models are built micro-structure, respectively; effective elastic periodic blended into analysis by homogenization theory. Here, a topological optimum is obtained gradually re-distributing constituents within updating shape until converges achieved between roles micro-scale macro-scale considered. Some numerical examples presented, which illustrate that proposed algorithm highly efficient optimization. For design, one can see reasonable effects stiffness base resultant topologies.
