摘要: We investigated the influence of 2 weeks treatment with deprenyl on acute effect a single dose 200 mg L-dopa in double-blind cross-over placebo-controlled trial 16 parkinsonian patients wearing-off phenomena. Deprenyl induced no significant benefit duration or maximal improvement L-dopa's effect. Moreover, did not improve patient's motor status.
