摘要: The release behavior of diethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) from polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) tubing, which composes materials in an intravenous administration set, was investigated using polysorbate 80 (Tween 80) aqueous solutions. When Tween solution circulated PVC the amount DEHP released increased with increasing circulation velocity and temperature. In order to clarify effect temperature on DEHP, films containing varying amounts were mounted a cylindrical shaft rotated at 5 40 degrees C. cumulative increase temperature, diffusion coefficients [Dx10(-10) cm2 min-1] C 9.1 156.0, respectively. glass transition (Tg) decreased film, as measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) occurred temperatures above Tg. These results indicate that tubing is closely associated state related throughout PVC.
