[Suicidal behavior in light of COVID-19 outbreak: Clinical challenges and treatment perspectives]

摘要: Resume Objectifs La pandemie de COVID-19 touche a ce jour plus 3 000 000 de personnes travers le monde et les mesures prevention ont conduit au confinement la moitie l’humanite. communaute scientifique autorites politiques redoutent une epidemie suicides secondaires cette crise. L’objectif revue litterature est d’analyser l’impact COVID-19 sur dimensions du processus suicidaire, son interaction avec differents facteurs risque. Nous proposons egalement des solutions innovantes pour y remedier. Methodes avons realise narrative articles internationaux traitant grandes pandemies (COVID-19, SRAS) leur influence sur vulnerabilite suicidaire. Resultats De nombreux sont susceptibles majorer l’emergence d’idees suicide passage l’acte suicidaire cours distanciation pourraient favoriser un sentiment deconnexion perception d’une douleur sociale chez individus vulnerables. Certaines populations deja « a risque eleve » etre encore fragilisees par actuelle : âgees, personnel medical exposes forte precarite economique. Plusieurs adaptees aux contraintes permettront prevenir suicidaire : outils sante connectee, protocole VigilanS, therapie comportementale cognitive troisieme vague pratique artistique. Conclusions Il possible que crise inedite exacerbe certaines Cependant, l’heure l’innovation, plusieurs toute place dans nouveaux modes soins devront experimentes grande echelle.
