摘要: Abstract Adult male mice ( C57BL 6N and BALB c ) were administered single doses of trimethyltin·Cl (TMT) by the ip route. The effects TMT administration determined on lethality (3–6 mg/kg), spontaneous motor activity (SMA), physical appearance (0.3–3 mg/kg). strain dependent in that a dose 3 mg/kg, ip, produced approximately 35% during first 72 hr following administration. Less than 15% was observed at this strain. In both strains, 3.5 more 70% 144 after Higher proportionally greater lethality. SMA strains not affected significantly below 1 ip. At mg/kg small decrease 24 hr. initially decreased strains. However, smaller magnitude followed large increase which did return to control levels for week. An fifth day but returned values Day 6. have severe whole body tremors hypersensitive external stimuli. tremor as marked Neuropathological studies treated indicated behavioral paralleled pathology TMT. These data confirm initial observation sensitivity mouse toxic compared rat.
