摘要: Abstract Adult male mice ( C57BL 6N and BALB c ) were administered single doses of trimethyltin·Cl (TMT) by the ip route. The effects TMT administration determined on lethality (3–6 mg/kg), spontaneous motor activity (SMA), physical appearance (0.3–3 mg/kg). strain dependent in that a dose 3 mg/kg, ip, produced approximately 35% during first 72 hr following administration. Less than 15% was observed at this strain. In both strains, 3.5 more 70% 144 after Higher proportionally greater lethality. SMA strains not affected significantly below 1 ip. At mg/kg small decrease 24 hr. initially decreased strains. However, smaller magnitude followed large increase which did return to control levels for week.
