摘要: In this study a set of decision rules was devised for interpreting profile patterns the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) maladjusted and adjusted college students. The procedure used that computer programming "maladjusted" versus "adjusted" decisions an expert test interpreter. interpreter's decision-making processes were tape-recorded while he thinking aloud during sorting profiles 126 programmed rules, which based on protocol improved upon by process trial-and-error statistical checking, yielded greater hit percentage than original its final form, objective configural inventory identified correctly large numbers students in two cross-validation samples.
