摘要: Summary This is the first comprehensive and detailed description of maturing spermatids accompanied by processes Sertoli cells in marine isopod, Saduria entomon. Spermiogenesis was studied transmission electron microscopy, following step-by-step classification proposed. In step 1, chromatin condensed near nuclear membrane, an acrosomal vesicle created, at its base sperm tail arises acute angle. Steps 2 3 involve cell polarization increase synthetic activity spermatids. The pole, with acrosome apex, distinguished from opposite cytoplasmic pole a well-developed Golgi body, numerous mitochondria electron-dense granules, which are gradually built into acrosome, perforatorium tail.
