摘要: Abstract This paper proposes a new minimum power-loss management circuit with quick self-start function, for effective power use from an impact-type micro wind piezoelectric energy harvester. The free tip of the cantilever harvester is excited by miniaturized blade. A smart strategy required efficient saving and generated random natured small scaled wind. We propose scale composed three sub-circuits. First, we have taken resistive impedance matching because transient response vibrates at natural frequency corresponding almost time invariant. Second, designed wake-up timely activation sleep mode. When detects input energy, it rapidly self-starts, adaptively controls operation mode, charges load battery. Lastly, overvoltage protection function storage. Measurement results demonstrate that start-up approximately 1 ms speed 1.5 m/s maximum efficiency proposed 77% 3.5 m/s. commercial wireless sensor successfully powered harvesting system, demonstrating its potential application to Internet Things.
