摘要: A novel and alternative electroanalytical method for the determination of ramipril (RAM) using a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with nanostructured black (CB) is reported. The electrochemical sensor was obtained by simple drop coating strategy, designed architecture consisted GCE CB within dihexadecylphosphate film. remarkable electrocatalytic activity towards RAM electrooxidation verified, from different assays, number electrons involved in oxidation determined and, therefore, an reaction molecules proposed. Under optimised experimental conditions, square-wave adsorptive anodic stripping voltammetry. analytical curve linear 1.98 × 10−6 to 2.42 10−5 mol L−1, limit detection 4.27 10−7 L−1. proposed voltammetric procedure successfully applied pharmaceutical products biological samples.
