摘要: Three patients with dominant anterior cerebral artery territory infarction demonstrated a severe disturbance of upper limb motor control impaired bimanual coordination, the "alien hand" sign, and intermanual conflict, in addition to signs callosal interruption transcortical aphasia. Recordings movement-related potentials one patient showed an attenuated Bereitschaftspotential greater asymmetry NS' component premotor negativity left finger than right movement. The impairment associated abnormal behaviour hand these cases are postulated be due involvement supplementary area related areas medial frontal cortex.
