摘要: Colonial aggregation of Microcystis plays a key role in bloom formation. Limited studies have been reported about effects environmental factors on the Microcystis. Calcium is an important chemical element water system. In this study, we investigated low- (0.015 g l−1) and high-concentration calcium (0.100 buoyancy colonial strain M. aeruginosa XW01. Results show that compared to low concentration calcium, high-calcium condition results bigger size, higher level increased production extracellular polysaccharides (EPS) Increased EPS induced by should contribute These suggest increase may be beneficial for blooms occurring soft lake.
