Microstructural evolution, electrical conductivity, and electrochemical analysis of α-Al-CNTs-GAg.NPs high-conductor nanocomposite

摘要: Abstract A new composites material was developed to decrease the chloride attack on aluminum high conductivity using carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and green synthesis silver nanoparticles (GAgNPs) via spark plasma sintering method (SPS). The microstructures, X-diffraction, electrical of were determined. Al-CNTs+2%GAgNPs composite successfully produced intensive balling sparks sintering. 91.08 95;56% protection efficiency obtained over that α–Al Matrix at Al-4%CNTs Al-4%CNTs+2%GAgNPs. additions 4%CNTs 2%GAg.NPs have been able reduce Cl−1 ion Matrix. 7.8% 93.11% raises in Al-4%CNTs+2%GAgNPs composites. It established addition 2%GAgNPs can be used production materials with better corrosion protection.
