摘要: Esophagitis may present endoscopically with erythema, edema, loss of vascular pattern, friability, and ulceration the esophageal mucosa. Left untreated, chronic esophagitis result in stricture formation. The presence multiple concentric rings involving entire esophagus has been cited as a form esophagitis. We case an 8-yr-old boy histological evidence eosinophilic esophagitis, who failed medical antireflux treatment responded to elimination diet.
