摘要: Dengue is the growing disease. It serves, especially in children. Different diagnosing methods like ELISA, Platelia, haemaocytometer, RT-PCR, decision tree algorithms and recommender system with fuzzy logic are used to diagnose dengue by blood specimen. But these identify severe cases after five ten days of person infected dengue. Some other require saliva urine samples instead specimen when a volume cannot be obtained from person, this sample, correct result could not identified. To overcome problems, paper proposes diagnosis method based on amino acids or components protein sequence as it needs only skin cells hair nail which can collected easily patients. The proposed diagnoses but also identifies serotypes using statistical analysis sequence. experimental results prove that its correctly sequences. capable finding deficiency dominance dengue-infected assessing entropy, relative weighted average values components.
