摘要: OBJECTIVE To determine whether anti-Ro antibodies are associated with gold induced side effects. METHODS A retrospective chart review of 208 patients rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and examination sera for the presence by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS Anti-Ro were detected in 44 (21%) our RA their correlated positive factor, antinuclear antibody, secondary Sjogren's syndrome. Thirty-three out 48 effects (69%) contrast to 11 (7.5%) no (p < 0.001). Mucocutaneous reactions had only significant correlation 0.01) antibodies. CONCLUSION Patients prone develop mucocutaneous salts.
