摘要: RACIONAL: A agregacao familiar do câncer gastrico e um dos indicios envolvimento de fatores geneticos da hereditariedade na genese desta doenca. Os pacientes com difuso sao frequentemente mais jovens o tumor apresenta caracteristica infiltrativa local. observacao alta incidencia permitiu identificar gene CDH1/E-caderina envolvido O tipo definido como a familia que apresente dois parentes primeiro grau deles menos 50 anos idade ou pelo tres independentemente idade. DESCRICAO DO CASO: apresentada nao se enquadra classificacao proposta, entretanto precisa identificacao destas familias pode necessitar outros parâmetros clinicos moleculares. caso aqui apresentado exemplo acometida por provavel forma hereditaria totalmente compreendido. CONCLUSAO: E em breve haja modificacoes nos criterios possivelmente incluindo as caracteristicas geneticas moleculares sua definicao.
