摘要: The invention provides a detection method for multiple mutation of human EGFR genes. includes the steps that nucleic acid extracting solution, DNA polymerase, dNTP, primers and probes are mixed in eight PCR reaction tubes respectively; real-time is carried out, whether target exists samples or not judged according to Ct value obtained through calculation fluorescence results. In addition, relates combination like capable being used kit.
